The Mavericks Netball UAE website — the club's own public site, built on the platform

Mavericks Netball UAE

Girls' netball, Dubai. Registrations, fees, seasons, 13 age groups and 26 teams, parent and coach apps, and the club's own website.

The Azul FC website — a different club, the same platform underneath

Azul FC

Dubai youth football. The same platform, a completely different club: its own brand, its own domain, its own database.

Real clubs, real sites — not mock-ups. Every club on the platform gets its own brand, domain and database, so no two look alike.

A Saturday

One morning at a club that runs on it.

Nobody buys software. They buy a Saturday that doesn't fall apart. Here's the same morning, handled.

07:12

A parent signs their daughter up, from bed.

She finds the club on Google, picks the right age group, fills in one form and pays. No PDF, no bank transfer, no “I'll send you the details Monday.”

Public site · Registrations
08:04

The money is in your account.

Not ours. Card payments go straight to the club's own Stripe account, VAT handled, invoice sent. We don't take a cut of it.

Stripe checkout · Payments ledger
08:40

The coach picks the squad on the way to the venue.

Team sheet published from his phone, availability already collected, parents notified. He has never opened a spreadsheet.

09:15

It rains. One message, sixty parents.

Written once, sent to exactly the right age group, on WhatsApp and email. Not forwarded through four group chats.

Messaging · WhatsApp notifications
10:30

“What time is U11 training next week?”

Answered in seconds, on a Saturday, by the assistant on your website — from your real schedule, not a generic FAQ. Nobody had to reply.

You look at the morning once, and you're done.

Who registered, who paid, who turned up, what's outstanding. One screen instead of a WhatsApp scroll and a spreadsheet.

Why it pays for itself

What it costs you not to have it.

Club software looks like a cost until you price the four things it replaces. Run these against your own numbers — we're not going to invent averages for you.

The admin nobody is paid for

Registrations, chasing fees, rebuilding the same spreadsheet, answering the same five questions every week. Price those hours at what a part-time club administrator costs in Dubai — or at what your evenings are worth, which is the number most owners are actually paying.

The families who never join

A parent who can't find your fees, can't work out which age group their child is in, or waits two days for a reply doesn't complain. They join the club that answered. You never see that number, which is exactly why it's the expensive one.

The fees that quietly go uncollected

Every club has them: the term that never got paid, the sibling discount applied twice, the transfer nobody matched to a player. Online payment and one ledger doesn't make chasing pleasant — it makes it unnecessary.

The families who stay because it feels run

Renewal is a feeling as much as a decision. A club where registration takes two minutes, the schedule is always right and someone answers on a Saturday feels like a club worth staying at. At most clubs, keeping two or three families who'd otherwise have drifted covers the year.

None of that needs a spreadsheet to see. If you can't make the maths work for your club, we'll say so on the call.

The platform

Everything a club actually runs on.

Not a feature list you'll never use. This is the set real clubs needed, built as they needed it, and now standard for every club we take on.

For parents

Sign up and pay online · the schedule, fixtures and results · one app for every child in the family · invoices and outstanding fees in one place · medical details and consent kept up to date · message the club without joining a group chat.

For coaches

Today's sessions and registers · squad selection and team sheets · availability collected before you ask · match stats and player development reports · a parent inbox that isn't your personal number.

For whoever runs the club

Registrations from enquiry to placed player · seasons, age groups and teams with a rollover to next year · fees, discounts and payment chasing · attendance · email campaigns and reminders that send themselves · documents · your public website, edited by you and live in minutes.

And the two things this market doesn't have

An AI assistant on your website, answering parents from your live schedule and fees around the clock. And WhatsApp as a real channel, because that's where UAE parents actually read things.

How it works

One engine. Your club's face on it.

Your club gets its own build. Your brand, your domain, your database, your season set up the way you actually run it — down to your age groups, your fee structure and your training nights. Parents never see our name anywhere; as far as they're concerned, it's simply your club's app.

What you're not paying for is us starting from nothing. The foundations are already built and hardened by real clubs in real seasons, which is why yours takes two weeks instead of six months — and why it's still getting better a year in.

That's the difference between this and a one-off custom build: you're not buying a project that starts ageing the day it ships. Yours keeps moving, and nobody has to touch your setup for that to happen.

Launch rate, limited to ten clubs and held for two years. We keep the order book short on purpose — that's why your site isn't a template.

Your first 14 days are free.

And they start the day your platform goes live, not the day you sign — so the trial is your club actually running on it, not a countdown while we build. Walk away inside those 14 days and you pay nothing at all.

No setup fee.

The build — your website, your data brought across, your season set up — is on us.

Cancel any time. Actually any time.

One email, no notice period, no exit invoice, no minimum term. We'd rather you stayed because it's working than because leaving is expensive.

We take nothing from your parents' payments.

Card fees go to Stripe, the rest goes to you. Some platforms add 1–3.75% on top of every fee your parents pay. We add nothing.

The fine print, in plain words

What you own, and what happens if you leave.

Your domain, your data, your money.

The website runs on your domain. Payments go to your Stripe account. The database is yours and it holds nothing of ours.

Children's data is handled like children's data.

Every club gets its OWN database — not a shared table with a column marking which club a child belongs to. Encrypted in transit and at rest, access controlled by role, admin actions logged, backed up daily. Medical notes and consents are visible to the people who need them and nobody else, and coaches can't message a child directly — parent contact only.

Leave whenever you like, with everything.

One email cancels it. We export your full data in a format you can use, and we delete our copy. No hostage-taking, no “export available on the enterprise plan.”

You get a person.

Not a ticket queue, not a chatbot pretending to be support. A WhatsApp number and a name, and we answer on it.

Where to start

Start with the Health Check, not the sales call.

It's a free 15-point review of how your club looks to a parent who's never heard of you. We try to find you on Google, read your site on a phone, work out your fees and training times, attempt to sign a child up, try to pay, and send you a question to see how long a reply takes. You get a short written report — what worked, what didn't, and the three things worth fixing first. No call required, and the fixes are yours to do yourself if that's all you want from us.

Prefer to talk? WhatsApp +971 55 331 4655 — or book 20 minutes.

Takes a minute. We reply with the report, not a pitch deck.

Questions

The ones clubs actually ask.

How long does it take?
About two weeks to a working platform on your own domain, with your real data in it. Longer if you're mid-season and want us to wait for a quiet week.
What happens to what we've already got?
We bring it across — players, families, fees, schedule. Usually from a spreadsheet, sometimes from another platform. That's part of the build, not an extra.
Do parents have to download an app?
No. It opens in a browser and behaves like an app if they add it to their home screen. Nothing to install, nothing to update.
Who owns the data?
You do. It's your database and you can have all of it, any time.
We're a small club. Is this overkill?
It depends on money, not size. If you're one team with a volunteer coach and no fees to collect, a free tool is genuinely enough and we'll say so on the call rather than sell you this. The moment you're taking termly fees off parents and answering the same questions every week, the maths changes.
How does the free trial work if you have to build it first?
The 14 days start when your platform goes live, not when you sign. So you're trialling your own club running on it — real players, real fees, real parents — rather than watching a clock while we build. If it isn't right, tell us inside those two weeks and you pay nothing, including for the build.
What if we outgrow the tier we start on?
You move up when you cross the player count. Your launch rate stays for two years either way.
